Zucchini Noodles: One cup of zucchini noodles, aka zoodles, has only 20 calories. Its pasta counterpart, spaghetti, has 221 calories. Strawberries: An entire cup of halved strawberries has about the same amount of calories as one Chips Ahoy cookie, 49. You'll also get 3 grams of fiber.
